You are the answer to the overpopulation problem. The Tennessee Spay and Neuter Fund. A statewide fund
raising campaign will be implemented to provide a permanent and ever growing funding support of spay and neuter
activities for Tennessee communities Training and Resources Providing animal welfare groups seeking fund
raising, marketing and management assistance with spay/neuter programs. This website has a wide variety of
resources for both animal welfare agencies and the general public. We are developing a series of seminars
including a statewide conference to provide training in fund raising, grant writing and spay/neuter program
development and administration. Implementing and incubating spay/neuter programs in communities where none
currently exist. The ARC will empower groups of volunteers to establish Gotta Spay to Play programs under The
TARC's 501(c) (3) is an umbrella. This enables these dedicated volunteers to implement fund raising efforts in their
communities with supplemental funding from The TARC's Spay/Neuter Fund Empowering Animal Welfare
Organizations to achieve their missions!
